This homemade cabbage kimchi is specially handmade by our Korean OPPA with 40 yrs traditional recipe from his mom. If you have been to Korea, you know that their kimchi taste is so different from the kimchi we can find in Malaysia. You will be able to taste the local Korean kimchi taste. Kimchi is a fermented food. It is full of probiotics and good for our gut health. It can be eaten just like that or you can also use it to cook several famous Korean dishes like Kimchi Fried Rice, Kimchi Stew etc.
